AI Engineer

We’re hiring an AI Engineer to join an innovative scale-up creating a new category of Enterprise AI. Their mission is to replace costly external agencies and large in-house data teams with AI-driven agents that deliver faster, scalable decision-making.

The product is 60% complete, and you’ll help scale it across multiple verticals, starting with real estate. The vision is to build expert AI agents tailored to each industry, powered by Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).

You’ll work closely with the C-Suite team, owning end-to-end delivery from system design through deployment, and collaborating with stakeholders across the business.

Responsibilities:

• Build and scale vertical-specific AI agents
• Translate complex enterprise data into scalable AI solutions
• Lead architecture, development, and deployment efforts
• Work collaboratively with senior leaders and external partners
• Influence product direction and mentor future hires

Details:

Hybrid role based in London, 2–3 days onsite per week.

You’ll be part of the core team featured in an upcoming investment pitch aimed at accelerating growth and expanding into multiple sectors.
