The role of the GenAI Product Operations team is to maximize the operational effectiveness of our organization and empower leadership to make high-quality, informed decisions. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Program Manager to join the GenAI Product Operations team. In this role, you will interface primarily with Senior Product Management leadership to drive organizational alignment and execution. You will act as a key operator for the leadership team, helping to structure ambiguity and managing the day-to-day business and stakeholder overhead for our EMEA/APAC 3P Applied portfolio. This role requires a blend of analytical rigor and operational precision. You will be responsible for maintaining the frameworks that guide how we track and report on strategic deals, ensuring that our data remains accurate, updated, and aligned.
Responsibilities
- Deal Tracking & Portfolio Reporting: Maintain high-accuracy trackers and reporting frameworks to provide a clear source of truth for the 3P applied portfolio. Manage the day-to-day business overhead for Senior PMs, ensuring that progress is tracked, reported, and ready for executive reviews or partner briefings. Ensure that the status of the portfolio is consistently reflected across internal channels and updated as the work evolves.
- Pre-Engineering Operations & Stakeholder Management: Manage the operational framework for inbound requests and strategic engagements, ensuring smooth transitions toward technical execution. Navigate complex stakeholder environments, including collaborating with Legal and Policy teams to facilitate the review and alignment process for new engagements. Oversee the effective routing of opportunities to the appropriate internal teams, ensuring clear tracking of all strategic interactions and stakeholder commitments.
- Organizational Effectiveness & Special Projects: Support the business rhythm of the organization by helping to structure leadership forums and track action items related to the 3P portfolio. Take on diverse special projects that require cross-functional coordination, research, and structured problem-solving. Partner with Product and Engineering counterparts to gather input and facilitate collaboration on key organizational initiatives, ensuring a strong understanding of engineering outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Law, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in program management, with a proven track record of success in leading and delivering complex programs.
- Mastery of Google Workspace tools and high attention to detail in building and maintaining scaled organizational resources.
- Demonstrated experience navigating complex stakeholder ecosystems, specifically within legal, policy, or regulatory environments.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage significant business overhead and pre-eng workflows.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify trends.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Engineering and Product.
- Experience with program management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and risk management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
