Deep L is hiring a Senior Research Scientist to own foundational modelling decisions for next-generation translation models.

You will prototype rapidly, run large-scale experiments, and drive modelling choices in collaboration with post-training, RL, and instruction-following experts.

You will decide on base models, architectures, and adaptation strategies, with a strong emphasis on production-ready research and impact across our multilingual translation stack.
