In this role, you will lead the GTM strategy for our Translation Foundations and Quality track, the core infrastructure that ensures our translations are contextually perfect for the world’s most demanding enterprises. You will act as a strategic thinker who distills market insights and competitive analysis into a clear vision, collaborating closely with product development, sales, and customer success to ensure the successful launch and ongoing promotion of our foundational AI offerings.

Your responsibilities:

  • Inform the product roadmap by distilling market, competitive, and customer insights into actionable requirements.
  • Translate complex AI capabilities and foundational research into clear, outcome‑driven messaging that differentiates our core offerings from the rest of the market.
  • Lead the planning and execution of global product launches, coordinating across Marketing, Product, and Revenue teams to drive awareness and user adoption.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Enablement team to provide global revenue teams with the training and assets needed to position our technical foundations effectively against competitors.
  • Work across Marketing and Revenue to ensure a unified strategy that drives long‑term user retention and platform awareness.

Qualities we look for:

  • 8+ years of professional experience in Marketing, Product, or Revenue, with at least 6 years in B2B Product Marketing.
  • A full‑stack PMM who can move seamlessly between high‑level research strategy and tactical revenue enablement.
  • Proven success in driving go‑to‑market strategies for complex, foundational technologies or platform‑level products.
  • A natural storyteller with the ability to translate highly technical concepts into narratives that resonate with enterprise decision‑makers.
  • High level of comfort navigating ambiguity and using data‑driven insights to solve complex problems in a fast‑moving environment.
  • Strong cross‑functional leadership skills and experience working with product development, research, and sales teams.
  • AI literacy and a deep curiosity for how language technology is evolving for the enterprise.
  • Fluency in English and a passion for languages and communication.

Technical Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Salesforce and HubSpot (or comparable CRM and Marketing Automation tools).
  • Advanced project management skills using Asana, Jira, or similar platforms.

What we offer:

  • Diverse and internationally distributed team: joining our team means becoming part of a large, global community with people of more than 90 nationalities.
