Our goal is to become the global leader in trusted, intelligent AI technology, building products that drive better communication, foster connections, and create a meaningful impact. To achieve this, we need talented people like you to join our journey. If you’re ready to shape the future of AI and grow your career in a fast-moving, purpose-driven environment, DeepL is your next destination.

What sets us apart is our blend of cutting-edge AI technology, meaningful work, and a culture where people truly thrive. We’re a team of innovators, researchers, and creators driven by a shared purpose to unlock human potential by making work simpler, smarter, and more connected.

The role: We're building DeepL's GTM engine on a modern, AI-first stack. We need someone who can design and build the workflows that turn target accounts into pipeline, connecting marketing data, sales activity, and AI agents into one coherent system. You'll manage how target accounts get identified and prioritised, how signals get activated, how AI agents make decisions on each account, and how all of it feeds back into pipeline. You're hands-on. You translate strategy into running plumbing across Marketing and SDR Operations, with ABM at the centre.

What you do:

  • Design and build the workflows that turn DeepL's GTM motion into running systems.
  • Work operationally across the Marketing, SDR and Sales org, anywhere a workflow can sharpen targeting, surface intent, or accelerate the activation of a target account.
  • Build automated GTM workflows: outbound, inbound, routing, enrichment, follow-up.
  • Create target account lists and the workflows that keep our TAL current, qualified, and routed.
  • Set up account research and enrichment workflows that surface context for reps and AI agents.
  • Build AI agent workflows for account research, personalisation, and decisioning.
  • Activate buying signals (intent, behaviour, product usage) into the right next action per account.
  • Build account-based journeys across email, web, paid, SDR, and AE motions.
  • Define how a lead or account moves from signal to pipeline to revenue.
  • Keep our CRM, analytics, and GTM tooling in shape: clean data, working integrations, real-time visibility.
  • Build the reporting that links account engagement to pipeline progression.
  • Partner with Engineering on data infrastructure, with RevIntel on scoring, with Sales and SDR on activation, and with Demand Gen on cross-channel motion.

Must-haves:

  • 5+ years in MarOps, RevOps, or GTM Engineering at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Hands-on experience building account-based GTM infrastructure end-to-end (TAL, enrichment, signal activation, account-based reporting).
  • Hands-on experience building multi-step workflows that integrate enrichment, AI, and CRM data (e.g. through n8n, Zapier, Clay).
  • Comfort with prompt engineering and shipping AI-powered workflows. SQL skills to validate code.
  • Experience using enrichment and intent data tools (incl Zoominfo, Clay, Qualified), marketing automation tools (e.g. Hubspot), CRM (SFDC).
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Sales, SDR, Data, Engineering.

Nice to have:

  • Deep MAP ownership experience (HubSpot, Marketo, or similar): custom properties, workflows, APIs, integrations.
  • Experience in CDP evaluation and implementation.
  • Salesloft, Gong, or comparable sales engagement platform admin experience.
  • Prior partnership with a Data Science or Revenue Intelligence team on scoring.
