Your focus will be on attracting exceptional technical talent and championing the candidate experience to build the technology that changes how people connect.
What Youβll Do
- Collaborate with leaders across Research and Engineering to understand evolving hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment strategies.
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle β from sourcing and engaging candidates to managing interviews and offers β ensuring every step is smooth and candidate-centric.
- Craft innovative sourcing strategies that go beyond job boards, tapping into networks, events, and passive talent pools.
- Provide hiring teams with clear, insightful data and market intelligence to support smart hiring decisions.
- Build and nurture talent pipelines through personalized outreach and employer-branding initiatives that showcase what makes DeepL unique.
- Advocate for candidates, ensuring their experience reflects the care and excellence DeepL stands for.
What Weβre Looking For
- At least 8 years of experience recruiting technical talent, ideally in fast-paced, high-growth tech environments.
- A proven track record of filling challenging roles in competitive technical markets, especially in AI and Research Science.
- Exceptional communication skills β you know how to build trust with senior leaders and inspire candidates.
- Comfortable adapting to change and juggling priorities in a dynamic, evolving workplace.
- A genuine passion for people, technology, and making meaningful connections.
