As DeepL continues to grow and shape the future of intelligent language solutions, we need a seasoned Tech Recruiter to partner with hiring managers and senior leaders across the Research and Engineering organizations. Your focus will be on attracting exceptional technical talent and championing the candidate experience to build the technology that changes how people connect.

What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate with leaders across Research and Engineering to understand evolving hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle – from sourcing and engaging candidates to managing interviews and offers – ensuring every step is smooth and candidate-centric.
  • Craft innovative sourcing strategies that go beyond job boards, tapping into networks, events, and passive talent pools.
  • Provide hiring teams with clear, insightful data and market intelligence to support smart hiring decisions.
  • Build and nurture talent pipelines through personalized outreach and employer-branding initiatives that showcase what makes DeepL unique.
  • Advocate for candidates, ensuring their experience reflects the care and excellence DeepL stands for.

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 8 years of experience recruiting technical talent, ideally in fast-paced, high-growth tech environments.
  • A proven track record of filling challenging roles in competitive technical markets, especially in AI and Research Science.
  • Exceptional communication skills – you know how to build trust with senior leaders and inspire candidates.
  • Comfortable adapting to change and juggling priorities in a dynamic, evolving workplace.
  • A genuine passion for people, technology, and making meaningful connections.
