Meet the Team Behind This Journey: Our FP&A team is a tightâknit, international group that works closely with the entire DeepL Leadership Team. We lead forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning, and we turn data into clear insights that help our teams make better decisions. We partner with Operations, Accounting, People, and GTM teams to keep the business aligned and moving forward. Weâre analytical and detailâoriented, but we also care deeply about communication, collaboration, and driving meaningful impact.
What Youâll Do:
- Planning & Forecasting: Improve and maintain rolling ARR forecasts and scenario models. Support annual planning, aligning GTM pipeline assumptions, quota capacity, and hiring plans with company goals.
- Revenue & GTM Analytics: Work with GTM leaders, Sales Operations, and FP&A peers to enhance bookings and ARR forecasting. Track essential SaaS metrics (NRR/GRR, sales capacity, AE productivity, CAC Payback, LTV:CAC) and share insights with senior leadership. Contribute to commission plan modeling and quota design.
- Performance Management: Build and refine monthly and quarterly KPI packs, management updates, and board materials. Partner with GTM teams to manage budgets, analyze variances, and support action plans.
- Business Partnering & Leadership: Support the CRO, COO, and their teams on strategy, planning, and performance topics. Work crossâfunctionally to improve data flow between CRM, billing, ERP, and our data warehouse, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Reporting & Alignment: Help establish a unified reporting framework across teams, ensuring everyone is working from a single source of truth. Translate complex data into simple, actionable recommendations.
What You Bring: Solid experience in FP&A or Strategic Finance, ideally in a fastâgrowing SaaS environment. Expert financial modeling and scenarioâplanning skills; strong presentation and storytelling skills. Deep understanding of Enterprise SaaS metrics and capacityâbased sales motions. Clear, confident communication; you know how to simplify complexity for any audience. A handsâon, proactive mindset with the ability to influence senior leaders and support boardâlevel discussions.
