Meet DeepL. DeepL is a global AI product and research company focused on building secure, intelligent solutions to complex business problems. Over 200,000 business customers and millions of individuals across 228 global markets today trust DeepL's Language AI platform for human-like translation, improved writing, and real-time voice translation. Founded in 2017 by CEO Jaroslaw “Jarek” Kutylowski, DeepL now has around 1,000 passionate employees and is supported by world-renowned investors including Benchmark, IVP, and Index Ventures. Our goal is to become the global leader in trusted, intelligent AI technology, building products that drive better communication, foster connections, and create a meaningful impact.

What sets us apart is our blend of cutting-edge AI technology, meaningful work, and a culture where people truly thrive. We’re a team of innovators, researchers, and creators driven by a shared purpose to unlock human potential by making work simpler, smarter, and more connected. When we share what it’s like to work at DeepL, the reactions are overwhelmingly positive. This might be because of our technology that helps millions of people and businesses communicate and work better every day, or because of the trust, curiosity, and care that shape our culture. What we know for sure is this: being part of DeepL means joining a team dedicated to innovation, growth, and well-being.

About the Role: DeepL's translation portfolio is trusted by well over 20,000 companies and hundreds of millions of professionals worldwide. Rather than organizing our go-to-market by product line, we run a single integrated campaign that speaks to the different people who drive adoption of that portfolio organized by persona, not by feature set. As Integrated Campaigns Manager, you will own the persona motion targeting Global Operators, the department heads in Marketing, HR, and Learning & Development who are responsible for how their organizations communicate globally. Other campaign owners run the parallel motions for personas like Product, Engineering, and Developers; your job is to build the strategy, narrative, and channel mix for the Global Operators audience specifically. This role sits at the intersection of integrated marketing, demand generation, and account-based marketing. You will start from how Marketing, HR, and L&D leaders think, communicate, and buy, then shape DeepL's capabilities into narratives and programs that speak directly to their priorities. You will orchestrate multi-channel campaigns from concept to launch, and partner closely with Product Marketing, SDR, and Field Marketing to bring targeted, personalized programs to personas in our highest-value accounts. You will report to the Director of Performance Marketing and Campaigns and work cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Performance Marketing, Content, Creative, Regional Marketing, and RevOps.

What You'll Own:

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Translate DeepL's translation capabilities into compelling, pipeline-driving campaigns tailored to how functional leaders operate and buy, educating the market on the value of AI-powered translation for global business communication. Partner with Product Marketing, Field, Performance, and SDR teams to develop go-to-market programs and nurture streams aligned with persona priorities and regional needs. Collaborate with Content, Creative, and Regional Marketing teams to produce and localize campaign assets. Maintain a global campaign calendar and asset library, ensuring brand consistency, messaging alignment, and timely deployment across all touchpoints, and coordinate with owners of other persona tracks (e.g., Product/Eng/Dev) so the portfolio campaign reads as one coherent motion.
  • Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Collaborate with the rest of the team to design and execute ABM programs, building tailored campaign strategies, messaging, and content for prioritized accounts and account tiers. Partner with Performance Marketing and RevOps to feed account engagement, pipeline influence, and conversion data back into ABM targeting and strategy decisions. Continuously refine account segmentation and messaging based on engagement signals, win/loss insights, and sales feedback.
  • Measurement & Optimization: Drive measurable impact on awareness, adoption, and pipeline; setting and tracking KPIs such as lead quality, conversion rates, account engagement, and ROI. Collaborate with Performance Marketers to initiate data-driven optimization and A/B testing across campaign channels and ABM plays to continuously improve performance. Leverage insights and competitive intelligence to inform campaign strategy, refine positioning, and identify new opportunities in the AI translation market.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster cross-functional collaboration and campaign excellence, sharing learnings, best practices, and post-mortem analyses to continually improve performance and scalability. Serve as the campaigns subject matter expert, representing campaign and ABM performance in relevant leadership and planning forums.

What You'll Bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, campaign management, demand generation, or ABM roles.
  • Proven track record of managing complex, multi-channel campaigns from strategy through execution.
  • Understanding account-based marketing programs, including account tiering, personalized content, and multi-touch orchestration alongside Sales.
  • Demonstrated success driving pipeline generation and revenue growth through integrated and account-based campaigns.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Data-driven decision-making and proficiency in campaign analytics, attribution, and performance optimization.
  • Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management, particularly with Sales and SDR teams.
  • AI literacy, including familiarity with GenAI tools for campaign planning, content creation, and execution.
  • Preferred: previous experience in high-growth SaaS companies (Series B-IPO stage).
  • Preferred: experience with ABM platforms (e.g., 6sense, Demandbase, RollWorks) in addition to core marketing tech.

Technical Requirements - nice to have:

  • Marketing Automation: HubSpot
  • CRM: Salesforce (or equivalent)
  • ABM Platform: 6sense, Demandbase, RollWorks, or similar (preferred)
