Deep L is seeking a Senior Staff Research Scientist to lead scientific innovation across ASR, MT, TTS, and large speech models for real-time voice products.

You will prototype quickly, run large-scale experiments, and drive breakthroughs into production in collaboration with Engineering and Product teams.

You will own end-to-end model delivery, including training, evaluation, and deployment, while mentoring researchers and engineers to raise technical quality and operational excellence.
