It also supports clients in developing clear action plans for both transition and adaptation, while delivering positive financial outcomes.

We are looking for a high-impact Global Partnerships Lead to architect and execute our global partner roadmap and accelerate indirect revenue. Working cross-functionally with our GTM teams and C-level external alliances, you will build category-leading ecosystem programs and scalable operational infrastructure to drive our next phase of growth.

Permanent role - Paris or London based

Key responsibilities:

  • Ecosystem Vision & Strategy: Improve and execute a multi-year global roadmap to establish a category-leading partner program, driving Indirect ARR and expanding footprint across global Commercial Real Estate (CRE) accounts.
  • Executive Alliances & Ecosystem Growth: Cultivate trusted C-level relationships across strategic CRE consultancies, regional brokerages, system integrators and PropTech ISVs to unlock joint solution offerings and secure long-term revenue streams.
  • Cross-Functional GTM Alignment: Partner across Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Marketing to build an integrated internal ecosystem, streamline partner-led deployments, and accelerate deal velocity.
  • Operational Infrastructure & Field Enablement: Standardize deal-registration protocols, governance rules, and CRE-tailored GTM enablement collateral to empower internal and external field teams globally.

Profile:

  • You have at least 8 years’ experience in entrepreneurship, strategy, business development/partnerships with proven track record of success within a hyper-growth company.
  • You have worked in or created Partner Programs that have demonstrable success in driving growth.
  • Prior experience in an Enterprise Software and tech company.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of how revenue leaders think to create suitable partnership programs.
  • Excellent organizational skills to work independently and manage projects with many moving parts.
  • You’re hardworking and goal-oriented with willingness to win.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to engage all stakeholders, from the field to the C-suite.
  • Experience in Real Estate and/or Sustainability and/or Proptech and/or Energy Efficiency would be a strong plus.
