Deepki is seeking a highly organized and proactive Key Account and Partnership Manager to support our most strategic global partnerships. This is a hybrid role that combines Account Operations with Territory Development. Acting as the primary operational link between one of Deepki’s largest partners, our delivery team and our shared clients while proactively identifying expansion opportunities within your assigned territory. Permanent role based in our London office - hybrid set up - 3 days/week in office.

Key responsibilities

  • Partnership Coordination & Onboarding
    • Operational Bridge: Lead the transition from sales to platform 'go-live,' ensuring all stakeholders (external property managers and internal technical teams) are aligned on timelines and deliverables.
    • Delivery Support: Act as the internal advocate for your accounts, ensuring the Deepki delivery team has the high-quality data needed for accurate platform configuration and bulk-loading.
  • Territory Growth & Commercial Opportunity
    • Opportunity Mining: Actively monitor your assigned account territory to identify and qualify opportunities, alongside an Account Director, for expansion such as new feature adoption, additional assets, or consulting mandates.
    • Account Mapping: Understand the stakeholder landscape within your territory to identify key decision makers and support the wider commercial team in deepening partner relationships.
    • Market Insight: Position yourself as a knowledgeable point of contact on ESG trends and regulations to help drive value-added conversations within your accounts.
    • Joint Bids & New Business: Actively collaborate with our Key Partners on new business opportunities, contributing to and supporting joint bids to secure new mandates.
  • Account Enablement & Administration
    • Process Management: Maintain the administrative health of key accounts, including tracking contract status, managing recurring partnership meetings, and preparing strategic review decks.
    • Partner Training: Facilitate enablement sessions to ensure external partners are confident in using the Deepki platform to meet their clients' needs.

Profile

  • 2+ years in Account Management, Project Coordination, or Sales Support ideally within SaaS, Real Estate, or the Sustainability sector.
  • Strong commercial acumen, proven ability to identify growth opportunities within a technical or operational conversation.
  • Experience working with Enterprise level accounts globally and C-level stakeholders.
  • High degree of comfort with the 'back-end' of account management.
  • Autonomy, project management skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to navigate between technical delivery teams and executive-level partners.
  • English fluent.
