Role Overview The Executive Assistant provides high-level 1:1 support to the Managing Director while ensuring smooth running of the day to day of the office.
This role requires exceptional organisational skills, discretion, initiative, and the ability to adapt quickly and interact with multiple fast-moving offices in the UK, US and Asia.
Key Responsibilities Track and follow-up on all correspondences, meetings, actions and queries Take ownership of special projects and research.
Provide flexible support across the business, stepping in wherever needed.
Prepare reports, presentations and documentations.
Manage multiple email inboxes Process business expenses, invoices and credit card reconciliations.
