Core Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for business development of DeepHealth’s product portfolio in the UK.
  • You will manage the DMUs in hospitals to gain acceptance among stakeholders and close deals, renewals, and partnerships.
  • You understand the buyer journey and the DMU in radiology and/or MedTech.
  • You will collaborate with the Commercial Team to source and qualify an ambitious pipeline, advancing leads through the sales funnel.
  • You will drive conversion from qualified leads to multi‑year contracts.
  • You will manage sales cycle metrics to continually improve the funnel, timelines, and forecast predictability.
  • You will ensure compliance with regulatory affairs, quality control, and privacy systems.
  • You will provide product feedback and market intelligence to internal teams (product development, medical, marketing, compliance, sales, and management).
  • You will partner with DeepHealth teams to create an inclusive customer experience throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • You will attend industry trade shows locally and globally.
  • You will initiate activities to drive market and segment development, creating new business opportunities for DeepHealth.

What we value

  • You have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • You must have at least 3 years’ successful selling experience in healthcare (technology), preferably in IT solutions (PACS, RIS, VNA or EPR) in the UK. Experience with the NHS is a must.
  • You have a proven track record of closing deals in a complex healthcare IT environment.
  • You have experience with the DMU structure in hospitals, preferably in Radiology, Oncology, or Pulmonology.
  • You can develop and execute a cohesive Go‑To‑Market plan for the UK independently.
  • You can converse at senior executive level and are comfortable speaking with higher management.
  • You are comfortable bridging gaps from early adopters to mainstream market sales.
  • You are familiar with sales cycle management, key metrics, and improvement cycles in the healthcare market.
  • You possess excellent or native English and the local language oral and written communication skills.
  • You have excellent sales and presenting skills.
  • You are proactive, self‑starting, and have a hands‑on mentality.
  • You have strong verbal, written, and listening skills.
  • You are a multitasker with strong time‑management abilities.
  • You can work cohesively with employees and customers at all levels and departments.
  • You are passionate about exceeding customer expectations.
  • You are a self‑starter with a positive mindset, high energy, enthusiasm, and initiative.
