Deepgram seeks an exceptional commercial lawyer to join the lean legal team as our second commercial lawyer. You will close enterprise deals, shape commercial strategy, and craft scaled legal frameworks for a fast-growing AI company with a footprint in the UK/EU and APAC.
You’ll report to the Associate General Counsel (Commercial) and help build a scalable legal function. You’ll negotiate enterprise agreements, support sales, ensure privacy and IP compliance, and drive cross-border data transfer
