Deepgram is looking for an Outbound Sales Development Representative to drive new customers and revenue to our rapidly growing company. You will create sales opportunities for Deepgram as you share our mission with CTOs, VPs of Product, and CEOs. You are a critical component in Deepgram’s Revenue organization and will play a pivotal role in growing our top-line revenue to new heights!

What You’ll Do

  • Work with our Partnerships team, Account Executives, and your fellow SDRs to build a strong sales pipeline of new logos, striving to exceed quarterly sales targets.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (especially Sales Ops and Sales Engineers) to ensure sales effectiveness.
  • Have a depth of understanding regarding customer needs in the ASR space, competition, and Deepgram products to be able to fully articulate our value proposition.
  • Research companies to find new speech recognition use cases and opportunities in the market.

It’s Important to Us That You Have

  • 1+ year of customer-facing work experience in SaaS.
  • Prior sales experience selling a technical product.
  • Dynamic written and verbal communication skills.
  • Empathy and a unique ability to understand customer needs.
  • Exceptional at prioritizing complex outreach schedules and managing high-frequency touchpoints.
