Who we are: DEEP is an international design and engineering company on a mission to make humans aquatic. We’re doing this by advancing ocean exploration through the development of new technologies that will enable humans to live and work in underwater environments for longer periods of time.
Role Description: We are seeking a highly experienced Dive Systems Technical Supervisor to oversee the technical operation, maintenance, asset readiness and ongoing integrity of the saturation diving system and other assets at DEEP Campus. This leadership role will supervise Senior Saturation Dive Systems Technicians, Systems Technicians, 3rd parties and trainees whilst providing technical oversight and authority across all diving systems, life‑support equipment, hyperbaric systems associated control infrastructure as well as our other assets including manned submersibles. The successful candidate will bring extensive saturation diving system experience, a fully up‑to‑date IMCA Dive Technician logbook, and an in-depth understanding of the operational, technical, and safety requirements of complex systems. Working alongside engineering, marine, facilities, training, and operations teams the DSTS will play a key part in ensuring DEEP’s systems remain safe, compliant, and operationally ready.
