Residential Care Worker
Join our team providing 24/7 care for children and young people. Full training provided including Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare.
- Experience in care preferred but not essential
- Genuine passion for working with young people
- Commitment to trauma-informed approaches
- Flexibility for shift work including sleep-ins
Lead shifts and mentor junior staff while providing exceptional direct care to young people in our homes.
- Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare
- 2+ years experience in children's residential care
Support the Registered Manager in overseeing all aspects of home operations and ensuring exceptional care delivery.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management
- 3+ years experience in children's residential care
- Previous supervisory or management experience
- Strong understanding of Ofsted requirements
Lead our care home, ensuring compliance, quality, and positive outcomes for young people while managing a dedicated team.
- Level 5 Diploma (or working towards)
- Registered Manager qualification or willingness to obtain
- Proven track record in children's residential care
- Strong leadership and strategic thinking
