We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer and Front End Engineer to lead the design and interactive experience of our web platforms. This hybrid position emphasizes design, allowing you to shape the visual aspects for various user interfaces that cater to diverse customer groups.

Compensation: $28,000
Team: Reporting to the Chief Product Officer (CPO)
What you’ll do
- Take charge of the design and user experience for multiple web platforms.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive product development.
Requirements
- Proven experience in UI/UX design and front-end development.
- Strong proficiency in design tools and front-end technologies.
- Ability to create user-friendly interfaces that enhance user engagement.
Nice to have
- Experience working in an agile environment.
- Familiarity with user research and testing methodologies.
Skills & tools
- Proficient in design software such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for front-end development.
