We’re a physical AI company backed by Google and Imperial College Enterprise Labs. Our products help fight climate change by reducing production waste and energy consumption in the metals industry, which collectively contribute more than 10% to global greenhouse gas emissions.

What we’re looking for

A strategic and deeply networked commercial leader to accelerate our growth across heavy industry. You will have ownership of building and nurturing multi‑year commercial relationships, utilizing your background in manufacturing, operations, or heavy industrial sales (ideally within the steel sector). Because our sales cycles require deep integration and trust, you are highly personable and excel at navigating complex stakeholder environments. This is a hybrid role requiring occasional travel to client headquarters and industrial sites to align our AI capabilities with enterprise‑level operational goals.

  • An extensive, active network of decision‑makers within the global steel or heavy manufacturing industry.
  • Proven track record of selling advanced software, industrial equipment, or technical services to heavy industry.
  • Deep understanding of industrial procurement, plant economics, and C‑suite decision‑making processes.

Technical & Commercial

  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, industrial operations, and the economic challenges of heavy industry.
  • Ability to quickly master the value proposition of physical AI and translate complex technical systems into clear ROI metrics.
  • Skill in navigating long‑term enterprise sales pipelines, from initial trust‑building to final contract negotiation.
  • Comfortable speaking the language of both plant engineers on the factory floor and C‑level executives.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills tailored for building long‑term, high‑trust institutional relationships.
  • Ability to work cross‑functionally across engineering, product, operations, and customer environments to shape deals.
  • Comfortable balancing commercial urgency with real‑world technical and deployment constraints.
  • Maintains clear pipeline documentation, strategic account plans, and market intelligence insights.
