A highly skilled Artificial Intelligence expert to join us as an AI Lead. In this role, you’ll lead a dynamic team of machine learning engineers and developers, playing a pivotal role within the core leadership team. Your primary responsibility will be technology development and implementation in industrial sites, providing technical guidance to ensure alignment of the tech team’s initiatives with overall business objectives. You’ll provide technical leadership, strategic insight, and hands-on support where needed.
This is a hybrid role, combining hands-on technical contributions—including occasional forward-deployed work at customer sites—with management responsibilities. The position offers significant room for growth and advancement. Mentor and guide the tech team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence. You’ll also provide strategic leadership and oversight for Algorithm and solutions development and ensure seamless integration into the software architecture.
