We're seeking a seasoned Senior General Manager to lead our restaurant with a focus on operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and team development. You'll drive performance, ensure health and safety compliance, shape culture, and deliver exceptional dining experiences while enhancing profitability.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee daily FOH and BOH operations, building robust SOPs for seamless service.
- Lead recruitment, training, and development to build a high-performing, low-turnover team.
- Champion a guest-first culture; act on feedback to lift review scores and repeat visits.
- Manage budget, P&L, cost controls, and forecasting to improve GP margins.
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and licensing; maintain a 5-star hygiene rating.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Strong background in high-volume, premium restaurant management.
- Experience in high-profile venues.
- Solid understanding of terrace and seasonal outdoor business; comfortable adapting to weather and changing conditions.
- Experience managing multiple concepts or outdoor areas (rooftop, terrace, courtyard, lounge, events space) within multi-site groups.
- Strong exposure to events, private hires, and seasonal activations.
- Comfortable in lifestyle-driven venues combining food, drinks, music, and atmosphere.
- Experience opening and closing restaurants.
- Strong financial acumen (restaurant metrics, P&L) and proven team leadership.
- Excellent communication skills; proficient in POS and restaurant management software.
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
