The Role

You’ll run the UK business end-to-end, owning growth strategy, P&L, unit economics and day-to-day performance. Your job is to build a scalable organisation, create repeatable opening and operating models, and grow the estate without losing what makes the brand special. • Grow sales through menu, pricing, partnerships, delivery and digital.
  • Build strong ops teams and a future leadership bench.
  • Scale central production and logistics as the estate grows.
  • Shape brand, marketing and the end-to-end guest experience.

Who you are

  • Senior restaurant leader with 15+ years in multi-site foodservice.
