Job Overview – TR19 Ventilation Cleaning Technician (Full-Time & Part-Time Roles Available)

We are expanding our team and are currently recruiting for two positions:

• Full-Time TR19 Ventilation Cleaning Technician (40 hours per week)
• Part-Time TR19 Ventilation Cleaning Technician (flexible hours available)

Both roles involve travelling in a company van to various client sites across Scotland and completing ventilation cleaning work to TR19 standards. Most jobs are located within the Central Belt, with some work required in surrounding regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out ventilation and ductwork cleaning to TR19 standards.
• Travel independently to each job in an assigned company van.
• Work primarily night shifts, with occasional daytime shifts depending on client requirements.
• Complete work across multiple locations, sometimes outside the Central Belt.

Requirements

• Essential: Valid UK driving licence.
• Ventilation cleaning experience is highly desirable.
• Ability to work night shifts and travel across Scotland.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Hours & Salary

• Full-Time: 40 hours per week.
• Part-Time: Flexible hours available.
• Salary will increase over time with experience, performance, and qualifications.

Job Type: Full-time
