Senior General Manager Premium Dining Venue in London

We are seeking a talented Senior General Manager to lead one of Londons most exciting premium dining destinations, part of a rapidly expanding hospitality group. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a flagship venue, managing all aspects of the P&A and leading a large team across both FOH and BOH operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Take full responsibility for the financial performance of the venue, driving revenue and profitability across the main dining room, terrace, and outdoor bar. Manage GP, labour costs, and operational expenses efficiently.

Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing FOH & BOH team. Foster a culture of exceptional hospitality, coaching future leaders and ensuring premium service standards.

Oversee the daily operations, ensuring smooth service flow, accurate table management, stock control, labour planning, and timely reporting.

Work closely with the marketing team to build demand across all service periods lunch, early evening, and dinner and maximise the commercial potential of outdoor and seasonal spaces.
