Opportunity to join a well-capitalised, ambitious, early-stage venture studio building new brands across hospitality, food & beverage, and entertainment. What we do is simple in theory and hard in practice: find great IP, turn it into real concepts, launch them, scale what works...then do it again.
The Role
We’re looking for a Principal – Venture & Concept Development to take real ownership of new concepts, from first idea through validation, launch, and early scale.
What You’ll Do
- Come up with and shape new hospitality, F&B, and CPG concepts
- Turn creative or talent-led ideas into businesses that actually work
- Test whether a concept makes sense — market, customer, numbers
- Build the financial model and decide what’s worth backing
- Lead product development, including taste and flavour testing where relevant
- Put together the launch plan and take it to market
- Spend time with manufacturers, distributors, and partners
- Negotiate and sign production, distribution, and licensing deals
- Prove the concept, help bring in a team to scale it, then start again
Who This Is For
- People with strong strategic training who want real ownership, not just analysis
- Comfortable working in messy, early-stage environments
- Commercially sharp, numerate, and happy getting into the detail
- Confident working hands-on with operators, partners, and senior stakeholders
- Genuinely interested in food, hospitality, brands, and consumer experiences
Why This Role
- You’ll work closely with founders, investors, and best-in-class partners
- Small senior team, lots of autonomy, very little bureaucracy
- You’ll build real businesses - not decks
