A rapidly expanding, chef‑led fast‑casual restaurant group in London is seeking an exceptional Managing Director to lead UK growth. This is a rare chance to scale a high‑quality, produce‑driven brand that blends restaurant‑level craftsmanship with fast‑casual efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead nationwide expansion and deliver a scalable, repeatable roll‑out model
• Own full P&L, unit economics, forecasting, and performance management
• Oversee restaurant operations, operational standards, training and service excellence
• Drive site selection, property negotiations, and disciplined CapEx planning
• Strengthen brand storytelling and guest experience across digital and in‑restaurant touchpoints
• Build and mentor high‑performing teams across operations, marketing, finance and supply chain
• Collaborate closely with culinary leadership on menu innovation and quality control

What Were Looking For

• 10+ years in multi‑site hospitality, with senior leadership experience (Ops Director / MD / COO)
• Proven success scaling a premium or fast‑casual concept from early stage (210+ sites)
