The Role Head Waiter

As Head Waiter, youll be a key player on the floorsetting the tone for service, supporting your team, and ensuring every guest has a standout experience.

• Supervise and motivate the front-of-house team

• Maintain smooth daily operations during service

• Offer warm, professional and attentive service to guests

• Handle guest requests and resolve issues with confidence

• Support training of new team members

• Ensure knowledge of menus, wines and specials is top-notch
