We’re looking for a Finance Operations Lead to own and continuously improve our core finance operations across Order to Cash (O2C), Purchase to Pay (P2P), and Payroll. This is a hands‑on role at the centre of the business, combining process ownership, systems thinking, and automation. You’ll act as the key link between the business and our Shared Service Centre (SSC), while driving efficiency through technology, tooling, and AI‑enabled workflows in a fast‑growing environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Own Core Finance Operations
    • End‑to‑end ownership of O2C, P2P, and Payroll processes
    • Ensure accurate invoicing, collections, vendor payments, expense management, and payroll across all markets
    • Perform and oversee key ledger reconciliations (AR, AP, payroll) and support month‑end close
  • Leverage Tech, Automation & AI
    • Identify and implement opportunities to automate manual finance processes (e.g. invoicing, reconciliations, reporting, query handling)
    • Improve data quality, visibility, and controls using finance systems, dashboards, and AI‑enabled tools
    • Partner with the Financial Controller to evolve systems and workflows as the business scales
  • Shared Service Centre (SSC) Management
    • Act as primary point of contact for the SSC
    • Define and track KPIs (cycle times, accuracy, query resolution)
    • Lead issue resolution and continuous process improvement with the SSC
  • Control, Insight & Improvement
    • Strengthen operational controls while keeping processes lean and scalable
    • Ensure compliance with internal policies and accounting standards
    • Produce clear reporting on AR/AP, cash flow, and operational performance
    • Work cross‑functionally with Sales, Ops, and HR to improve end‑to‑end processes

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5+ years in finance operations, covering AR and AP
  • Experience working with or managing a shared service centre
  • Strong systems mindset with interest in automation, tooling, and AI
  • Comfortable in a fast‑paced SMB or scale‑up environment
  • Confident with accounting systems (e.g. Xero, NetSuite) and Excel
  • Detail‑oriented, proactive, and solutions‑focused
