Overview

A dynamic and fast-growing company in the culinary sector is seeking an Account Manager to drive business growth through strategic partnerships and account management. This role focuses on building strong relationships with key stakeholders, securing premium event opportunities, and expanding the presence of high-quality food concepts across various platforms, including private bookings, live events, and markets.

What You Will Do

  • Manage Key Relationships: Develop and maintain strong partnerships with event organizers and concessionaires to secure top-tier private event opportunities.
  • Drive Private Event Growth: Collaborate with partners to maximize event bookings, ensuring consistent demand for culinary concepts.
  • Expand Brand Reach: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional offerings, growing brand presence within key distribution networks.
  • Lead Tastings & Presentations: Organize and deliver tastings and concept presentations to showcase the quality and uniqueness of offerings.
  • Analyze Performance: Track and report on event success, providing insights to improve positioning and customer engagement.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with culinary, logistics, and event operations teams to ensure smooth execution at events.

What You Will Need to Succeed

  • Experience & Industry Knowledge: Proven track record in account management, partnerships, or business development, ideally in food, beverage, or events.
  • Relationship Management: Strong networking and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
  • Commercial Acumen: Ability to identify growth opportunities and drive revenue through upselling and strategic partnerships.
  • Presentation & Communication: Confident in leading tastings, delivering presentations, and winning partner buy-in.
  • Operational & Analytical Skills: Ability to track, report, and optimize performance across multiple events.
  • Organized & Multi-Tasking: Comfortable managing multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for Food & Events: Enthusiasm for building strong culinary brands that create memorable customer experiences.
