Deen Consult Services Ltd is recruiting on behalf of our client for experienced and dedicated Social Workers to join their social care team.
The successful candidates will be responsible for assessing and responding to the needs of children, young people, families and/or vulnerable adults, depending on the service area. The role involves undertaking assessments, developing and reviewing care and support plans, managing an allocated caseload, identifying and managing risks, and promoting positive outcomes for service users.
You will work closely with service users, families, carers and other professionals to provide effective, person-centred support. You will also be required to maintain accurate records, respond appropriately to safeguarding concerns and work in accordance with relevant legislation, professional standards and our clients' policies and procedures.
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Social Worker looking to contribute to high-quality social care services within a local authority setting.
Please note: We are particularly interested in candidates who have worked within an FST setting or a similar children's social work team.
