It's regulated differently in every country. You'll be responsible for getting it right for millions of workers across 100+ countries.

  • Manage go-to-market launches for new time & attendance features and countries, coordinating with product, client success, ops, and legal.

  • Own operational complexity, clarifying requirements for the team regarding mandatory vacation, statutory pay, carryover rules, etc.

What We're Looking For:

  • Required:
  • Strong product mindset. Quickly understand how a product works, identify gaps, and articulate what needs to be built.
  • Customer discovery skills. Skilled at asking good questions, listening for signal, and synthesizing customer feedback into clear patterns.
  • Comfort with complexity and ambiguity. Find ways to simplify complex rules and regulations.
  • Bias for action. See opportunities to move forward and take them.
