The Role
We’re looking for a Growth Product Designer who is equal parts creative and analytical to help Deel unlock new levels of user engagement, product adoption and retention. You’ll be at the intersection of product, design and growth, crafting intuitive experiences, running experiments, and turning insights into measurable impact.
Duties
- Design user-centric solutions that drive key growth metrics (activation, engagement, retention, monetization).
- Collaborate cross-functionally with PMs, engineers, data analysts, and marketers to define, test, and iterate on growth hypotheses.
- Design prototypes and high-fidelity mockups that clearly communicate design intent.
- Collaborate with different design teams to ensure a seamless user experience across product areas, considering all scenarios.
- Use qualitative and quantitative data to inform decisions, identify friction points, and optimize the user journey.
- Understand AB testing frameworks and liaise with data on testing and results.
- Balance product and business goals with exceptional user experience.
- Contribute to our evolving design system and advance visual and interaction standards through motion.
Requirements
- Experience in end-to-end product design for web and app (at least 7 years).
- Proven Growth Experience.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI skills, experimentation work, and measurable outcomes.
- Deep understanding of product metrics, user behavior analytics, and A/B testing.
- Familiarity with Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar data analytics tools.
- Comfort working in fast-paced environments.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills.
- Be involved with the end-to-end development process from ideation to design QA and unblock the team.
- Know when to go deep on a task and when to execute with an action bias.
- Be passionate about design.
Nice to have
- Experience designing onboarding flows, virality features, pricing pages, or subscription models.
- Ability to do advanced prototyping utilizing progression disclosure rather than just static pages.
Total Rewards
Our workforce deserves fair and competitive pay with scalable benefits, rewards, and perks reflecting our commitment to inclusivity and access for all.
Some things you’ll enjoy
- Stock grants dependent on role, employment status and location.
- Additional perks and benefits based on employment status and country.
- Remote work flexibility, including optional WeWork access.
