Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Product Operations Manager to join our fast-paced, cross-functional team focused on driving customer acquisition, activation, and expansion. You will work at the intersection of Growth Acquisition & Expansion, Notifications, and Sales tools teams, translating strategy into execution by operationalizing experiments, streamlining tools, and enabling product-led growth at scale.
Responsibilities
- Lead large-scale cross-functional projects to improve products and enhance user experience.
- Gather and prioritize product challenges for the product and engineering teams.
- Contribute to product development by solving conceptual problems.
- Drive company launches and global rollouts for successful product deployment.
- Analyze user feedback and data to derive insights for product improvements.
- Identify root causes of issues and develop effective solutions.
- Design and implement operational systems to optimize product operations.
Qualifications
- 5-7+ years in product operations, management, or related roles working with product and engineering teams.
- Passion for delivering excellent user experiences and understanding complex products.
- Proficiency in data analysis and deriving insights to enhance products.
- Empathy for users to shape product decisions effectively.
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Technical knowledge of software development processes; experience with payment systems is a plus.
- Proficiency with BI tools (SQL, Looker, Snowflake, Datadog, Excel/Sheets) and strong presentation skills.
