As a Senior Product Marketing Manager for Immigration, you will own the go-to-market strategy for a core Deel Mobility component. You will define the narrative, influence product direction, enable Sales and Customer teams, and drive adoption and expansion. You’ll operate at the intersection of Product, Demand Gen, Sales, and Customer Success, turning product capabilities into value, GTM execution, and measurable business impact. This is a high-ownership role for a PMM in fast-paced environments.
What You’ll Do
- Product & Marketing Strategy: Define and drive the long-term product marketing strategy for the Deel Mobility portfolio; set focus and prioritize initiatives; translate strategy into a GTM roadmap.
- Messaging & Positioning: Own the end-to-end narrative for Deel Immigration; define and evolve messaging; ensure consistency across website, campaigns, launches, and sales materials.
- Product Launches & Go-To-Market: Lead GTM strategy and execution for launches; define target audiences, use cases, value propositions, and launch plans; partner with Product, Demand Gen, and Brand.
- Buyer, Customer, Sales & CSM Enablement: Equip teams with narratives, decks, one-pagers, demos, and proof points; ensure understanding of target users and how to sell, implement, and expand the product; continuously improve enablement from field feedback.
- Acquisition, Cross-Sell and Adoption: Drive adoption and expansion by partnering with Demand Gen and Lifecycle teams; activate existing customers; influence onboarding and lifecycle campaigns to increase usage.
- Performance & Feedback Loop: Run regular performance reviews with Demand Gen; use data and insights to improve conversion, adoption, and revenue; bring feedback to Product for roadmap decisions.
What We are Looking For
- 7+ years in Product Marketing in SaaS; experience in immigration/mobility product management is preferred.
- Proven end-to-end GTM ownership including positioning, launches, enablement, and adoption.
- Strong experience collaborating with Product teams to shape roadmaps using customer insights and market signals.
- Ability to translate complex products into clear stories for buyers, users, and internal teams.
- Data-driven mindset with metrics and qualitative feedback to guide decisions.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth, and remote environments.
- High ownership mentality, able to set direction, drive alignment, and execute with speed.
