The Senior HR Business Partner is embedded with the leaders and teams they support, acting as a trusted advisor and dedicated people consultant to the business. They don’t wait to be asked - using data, they proactively spot the people trends and risks shaping performance, then help design and scale the org, talent, and workforce strategies that keep the business moving fast. The role operates at two speeds: strategic enough to shape org design and workforce planning with leadership, and hands-on enough to coach leaders and solve problems in real time.
Responsibilities
- Live in your department’s people data to surface insights before leaders have to ask, then use them to coach senior leaders on org design, talent strategy, and leadership capability.
- Build and execute org design strategy, balancing hyper-growth headcount with intentional structure and partner closely with Talent Acquisition to bring it to life.
- Drive the performance management cycle for your area - calibration, goal-setting, and development planning- with the rigor to make it meaningful, not just a checkbox.
- Own your area end to end - diagnose, build the solution, and drive it to execution independently, with the operational rigor to make sure it actually ships and sticks.
- Run core HR motions (workforce planning, org changes, leadership development) with precision and consistency, not just strategic input.
- Partner with Compliance and People Relations to resolve complex employee relations and termination cases.
Qualifications
- 8-10+ years of relevant experience, including as a strategic HRBP or people consultant in a high-growth, fast-paced international organization.
- Proven ability to build and execute organizational design strategy, not just support it.
- Strong track record running performance management cycles and translating them into real development and org outcomes.
- Strong analytical capability and deep business acumen - able to turn people data into a point of view and anticipate business problems before HR gets pulled in.
- Operationally excellent: strong attention to detail and process discipline, with a track record of executing HR programs cleanly at scale.
- Track record of operating independently, making sound calls under ambiguity, and owning the outcome.
- Excellent influencing skills at every level, with the confidence to challenge senior leaders.
- Comfortable working fully remote and globally distributed, with ability to travel internationally.
