- Drive demand generation across non-paid channels: content syndication, partnerships, affiliate programs, review sites, lead buys, webinars, events, and emerging sources
- Use LLMs and AI agents to generate, test, and refine campaign messaging, creative, and landing pages at high velocity—reducing time-to-launch and increasing iteration speed
- Research, test, and operationalize new platforms and demand partners; establish clear ROI frameworks for each; quickly kill what doesn't work
- Build lightweight AI-powered automations to eliminate manual toil in campaign setup, optimization, and reporting
- Distribute and strategically repurpose content across channels using AI tools to maximize reach and pipeline contribution
- Monitor campaign performance daily; roll up your sleeves on optimization, testing, and experimentation—guide others but own the work

- Collaborate with Product Marketing, Content, and Brand teams to ensure campaigns resonate; challenge assumptions and iterate based on market feedback
- Coordinate strategy with Paid Media teams on audience targeting, messaging, and funnel sequencing—no silos, just aligned growth
- Engage Regional Leads to surface market-specific insights and opportunities; coach execution partners on testing and optimization
- Lead by influence: bring clarity on strategy, momentum on execution, and good judgment on resource allocation
- Measure, Learn & Optimize at Speed
- Partner with Analytics to interpret campaign and pipeline data; identify optimization opportunities and drive decisions (leads SQOs pipeline)
- Track and improve efficiency metrics (cost per lead, cost per SQO, pipeline ROI) across channels; update leadership weekly on progress
- Use AI to synthesize data into insights and recommendations; automate dashboards and reporting to free up time for strategic thinking
- Run tight feedback loops: test, measure, learn, repeat—publish playbooks and best practices so others can scale what works
- Build repeatable processes and templates that enable faster execution without sacrificing quality
