What You’ll Do

As the Program Manager, Talent Acquisition Operations you\’ll act as a key business partner for one or more business verticals—developing a deep understanding of their hiring and talent strategy and business goals

Design and lead global programs that drive standardization, improve interview quality, and increase hiring efficiency and quality

Use recruiting metrics and analytics to define goals, measure performance, and guide long-term program strategy

Build and support reporting forums (WBRs, MBRs, QBRs) and leadership reviews to ensure transparency and accountability across hiring

Manage multiple complex projects and roadmaps, aligning stakeholders and negotiating cross-functional dependencies

Partner with TA, People, Legal, and Finance teams to operationalize key initiatives and support company-wide hiring goals

Lead change management efforts to roll out new tools, processes, and best practices across regions and functions
