We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Manager, Global Onboarding to join our People Success Team, reporting to the Director. This role will ensure a seamless and engaging onboarding experience for our new hires globally. As a fully remote company experiencing rapid growth, we need someone with the confidence and experience to manage high-volume onboarding processes, navigate global complexities, and drive continuous improvement in our onboarding program. Key Responsibilities: Program Management: Facilitate, iterate and optimize the global onboarding program, ensuring it scales effectively with Deel’s growth. Facilitation: Lead live orientation sessions for new hires, ensuring they are enjoyable, informative, engaging, and align with our company culture and values. Governance and Quality Assurance: Maintain and update onboarding materials to ensure they exceed expectations and have consistency, accuracy, and relevance. Feedback and Evaluation: Implement regular feedback mechanisms to continuously improve the onboarding experience through data-driven insights. Expansion: Develop and expand the core onboarding program into specialized functional onboarding plans tailored to different departments, achieved through strong cross-functional collaboration. Communication: Manage new hire communications to ensure clarity and timely delivery of information. Stakeholder Management: Serve as the main point of contact for all onboarding-related queries from stakeholders across the company. Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to the Director of People Success on onboarding program metrics and performance against KPIs, as well as recommendations for improvements/solutions to better the new hire experience. Requirements: Problem Solving in a Fast-Paced Environment: Proven experience problem solving and driving improvements within fast-growth scaling tech companies. Global Onboarding Expertise: Extensive experience in managing global and remote onboarding programs: ideally both ‘core’ onboarding and functional specifics. Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, changing environment. Stakeholder Management: Excellent and proactive stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization. Data and Analytics: Proficiency in using data and analytics to measure onboarding program effectiveness and inform decisions/priorities. Someone who is ‘on the front foot’ with spotting opportunities and solving problems before they arise. Communication: Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
