Responsibilities
- Overseeing capacity planning and workforce management across multiple regions ensuring accurate forecasting and alignment.
- Provide detailed and accurate reporting to the Director and Operations Manager on regional performance, workforce management, and capacity planning.
- Monitoring and ensuring the achievement of regional goals and KPIs.
- Conducting regular performance reviews and providing feedback to Immigration Consultants.
- Address and resolve complex escalated employee and client complaints, ensuring positive outcomes and consistent solutions.
- Assisting with compliance and risk management activities related to day-to-day operations.
- Leading the launch of new immigration services and products, including end-to-end project management, development and updating of SOPs and operational documentation, and training and enablement of regional teams to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery.
- Develop, document, and maintain standardized SOPs for all phases of the Operation. Lead continuous training on these standards and ensure consistent execution.
- Monitor team and case performance against defined KPIs. Flag trends early, develop remediation projects and drive corrective action.
- Lead hiring for EMEA positions, including job design, interview panels, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Serve as the escalation point for client complaints and team conflicts. Own de-escalation, resolution, and root cause analysis to prevent recurring issues.
- Collaborate with Product and Operations leadership specific needs for AI and automation workflows. Support testing, SOP development, and team enablement for new product launches.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of immigration or global mobility experience with deep knowledge of EMEA immigration compliance (Europe essential; Africa experience a plus) combined with project management capability, process optimization, and data-driven decision-making.
- At least 2 years of experience as People Manager (nice to have experience managing remote teams).
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) and the ability to communicate effectively with regional stakeholders, partners, clients and authorities.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple immigration matters using structured processes, track metrics, and optimize workflows using data insights.
- Strong understanding of immigration frameworks across EMEA, including country-specific regulatory requirements and familiarity with key EMEA immigration authorities.
- Experience building or refining AI/automation workflows in legal or operations contexts will be considered competitive advantage.
