Summary

We're looking for a Senior Paid Ads Manager to own paid performance for a specific product vertical. You'll work alongside the rest of the Paid team to make sure our products are messaged correctly in the market and that each one hits its benchmarks for new opportunities. Your day-to-day center of gravity is Meta and LinkedIn, with X and YouTube also in your toolkit. You'll partner closely with PMMs and product teams, turning campaign data into insights they can act on. This role suits someone who works with autonomy, moves fast, and uses AI daily to run a sharper, faster operation. You'll report to the Paid Social Team Lead.

Responsibilities

  • Own paid performance for different product verticals, making sure each product is messaged correctly across channels and hits its benchmarks for new opportunities.
  • Manage day-to-day paid campaigns across Meta/Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube — with Meta and LinkedIn as your bread and butter — tracking performance daily against CPL, CPA, ROAS, and other benchmarks across the funnel.
  • Partner closely with PMMs and product teams to plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns tied to product releases, features, and positioning.
  • Turn campaign data into actionable insights, and proactively flag trends, opportunities, and challenges to product teams and PMMs.
  • Own bidding, budgets, targeting, and creative testing across platforms to hit performance goals and unlock new growth.
  • Use AI tools daily to speed up reporting, testing, and optimization.
  • Collaborate with local marketing teams and agencies to adapt paid strategy to regional trends, sales feedback, and performance data.
  • Work with the Paid Social Team Lead and the rest of the Paid team to share benchmarks, surface insights, and align on what's working across products.
  • Partner with Copywriting and Design to build and test ad creative tailored to each product, platform, and region.
  • Maintain relationships with paid platform reps (LinkedIn, Meta, X, YouTube/Google) and evaluate new platforms or ad formats worth testing.
  • Share performance insights and platform updates with the Growth team to build shared knowledge and surface new ideas.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience managing paid ads campaigns, with must-have, hands-on experience on Meta/Facebook and LinkedIn; experience on X and YouTube required as well.
  • Strong experience selling into a sales-led growth funnel; exposure to product-led growth (PLG) is a plus.
  • Track record of managing campaigns against daily performance benchmarks (CPL, CPA, ROAS, SQO) and adjusting quickly based on data.
  • Experience partnering with product marketing and product teams to run campaigns tied to product launches and feature announcements.
  • Skilled at translating data into clear, actionable insights for non-paid audiences like product and PMM teams.
  • Works with autonomy, moves fast, and builds AI tools into your daily workflow to optimize campaigns and reporting.
  • Data-driven approach, with experience building dashboards and using analytics tools to track, report on, and optimize performance.
  • Excellent collaborator, comfortable working across Product Marketing, Product, Creative, Regional Marketing, and Growth teams.
  • Nice to have: experience with paid search, display, or native advertising.
  • Nice to have: experience localizing paid campaigns across multiple countries or regions.
