The Account Executive, ENT, is responsible for driving sales growth by building and nurturing relationships with large, strategic clients. This role focuses on understanding client needs, presenting tailored solutions, and negotiating contracts to secure new business and expand existing accounts. Working alongside other sales team members, marketing professionals, and customer success teams, this role is essential for driving significant revenue and positioning the organization as a trusted partner in the industry.
Responsibilities- Own a targeted account list and develop account plans for winning business with companies between 2,000+ employees.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, biannually and yearly revenue targets.
- Continually develop a robust sales pipeline through individual outreach, collaborating with your sales development rep, and managing inbound prospects.
- Navigate an enterprise to map stakeholders to allow multi-threading, build champions, generate buy-in and close deals with CâLevel decision makers.
- Leverage MEDDIC and account plans to identify risks and unique strengths, which then formulates a plan.
- Keep Salesforce and Gong up to date with customer information, forecasts, and pipeline data.
- 5+ years successfully selling complex and strategic opportunities to Enterprise organisations.
- Ideally, experience selling into HR and/or payroll professionals.
- Practitioner of MEDDIC.
- A track record of developing a greenfield territory, adding net new logos in an Enterprise software role.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with Fortune 5000 senior lineâofâbusiness executives.
- Hunter mentality with solid Sales acumen and appetite for continual learning.
- Desire to work for a fastâpaced scaleâup and take on increasing levels of responsibility.
- Must be fluent in English.
