Duties

1. Lead a key product framework at Deel
2. Manage PM teams with cross-functional members
3. Perform tactical work for bug fixes and escalations
4. Build industry-leading solutions for complex problems
5. Contribute to redefining global work practices

Requirements

1. At least 2 years as a Lead Product Manager in a fast-paced environment (preferably scale-up/start-up)
2. Understanding of frameworks and scaling functions across platforms
3. Minimum 7 years as a Product Manager
4. Willingness to be hands-on when needed
5. Strong knowledge of Product, Design, and Leadership
6. Preferably based in EMEA
