You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, configure and customize our platform, and guide them through the implementation process. This role combines technical expertise with a strong customer focus, ensuring that our clients experience a seamless transition to Deel's global payroll and compliance platform. Responsibilities:Lead client onboarding and implementation projects, ensuring a smooth transition to Deel's platform.Provide product expertise and guidance to clients during the implementation phase, including platform setup, integrations, and testing.Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure a seamless handoff from sales to implementation.Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and documentation to track progress and ensure successful delivery.Provide training and support to clients on using Deel's platform effectively.Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the implementation process.Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions to enhance implementation efficiency.Manage multiple client implementations simultaneously while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.Qualifications:3+ years of experience in implementation consulting, project management, or a similar role.Strong understanding of SaaS platforms, global payroll, or HRIS systems.Proven experience managing client relationships and guiding clients through the implementation process.Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage timelines, deliverables, and multiple priorities.Experience working with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and project management software (e.g., Ability to travel as needed for client meetings or on-site implementations (if applicable).Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.Total RewardsOur workforce deserves fair and competitive pay that meets them where they are.
