Responsibilities:
- Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners
- Provide administrative assistance, including writing and editing e‑mails and preparing communications on behalf of the executive
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Maintain executives’ calendars and schedule meetings
- Arrange travel and accommodation
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
- Ideally experience working within larger organizations (law firms, banks)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Outstanding organizational and time‑management skills
- Familiarity with Slack, Notion and G‑Suite
