Deel is seeking a senior leader to head Credit Risk & Analytics to drive AI/ML‑based underwriting, real‑time portfolio monitoring, and risk‑adjusted performance across Deel’s portfolio. You’ll collaborate with Product and Engineering to embed governance and scalable analytics across the business.

You will build predictive systems, guide underwriting strategy, and lead a team to optimise loss forecasts, collections and access to credit for underserved markets, while ensuring compliance.
