SummaryThe ENT UKI Whitelabel, Account Executive is responsible for driving sales growth by building and nurturing relationships with large, strategic clients. This role focuses on understanding client needs, presenting tailored solutions, and negotiating contracts to secure new business and expand existing accounts via Deel’s White Label suite of products.
Responsibilities- Own a targeted account list and develop account plans for winning business with companies between 2,000+ employees
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, biannually and yearly revenue targets
- Continually develop a robust sales pipeline through individual outreach, collaborating with your sales development rep, managing inbound prospects and working in collaboration with the partnership team
- Navigate an enterprise to map stakeholders, build champions, generate buy-in and close deals with C-Level decision makers
- Keep Salesforce up to date with customer information, forecasts, and pipeline data
- 5+ years selling in the Enterprise segment
- A track record of developing a greenfield territory, adding net new logos in an Enterprise software role and expanding existing footprint within strategic clients
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with Fortune 5000 senior line-of-business executives
- Hunter mentality with solid Sales DNA and appetite for continual learning
- Desire to work for a fast-paced startup and take on increasing levels of responsibility
- Must be fluent in English
