As a Deel IT Customer Success Manager you will be responsible for onboarding, growing and the success and satisfaction of Deel IT customers, focused on improving retention and contributing to the overall company revenue targets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture: Build and strengthen client relationships with your book of business with a long-term focus.
- Onboard and grow: Onboard Deel IT customers successfully and partner for long-term growth.
- Guide and coach: Provide tailored support, onboarding guidance and training to ensure customers are set up for success from day one.
- Trusted Partner: Act as a trusted partner to accounts with white-glove service, understanding their business needs, present and future.
- Advocate for good: Be the voice of the customer to inform improvements and deliver excellence, proactively working as a project manager.
- Ahead of the curve: Proactively identify opportunities to expand our offering within the client.
- Owner mindset: Learn Deel\’s wider product offerings to support accounts in their Deel IT journey with support from Customer Service and Operations teams.
What you need to succeed
- Walked the walk – At least 2+ years in a customer/client success role with a track record of solving complex problems.
- Competent communicator – Excellent communication skills; additional languages such as Spanish, German, Portuguese, French or Italian are preferred.
- Expert Insight – Experience managing a complex B2B SaaS product and quickly becoming a product expert.
- Creativity and drive – Creative problem-solving approach and proactive mindset.
Bonus Experience
- Previous experience in MDM, Endpoint security or SaaS for IT teams.
