Salary: £75,000.00‑£100,000.00

Responsibilities

• Be a part of a truly cross‑functional team
• Participate in product planning (from discovery all the way to deployment); we want your input at all stages of the Software Development Lifecycle!
• Collaborate! Our teams work together to develop robust new features, APIs, continuously improve our industry‑leading products and find and fix any bugs at Deel Speed.
• Ensure our customers receive a white‑glove experience with our products!

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in engineering
• Strong Node.js knowledge
• AWS or similar cloud experience
• Kubernetes, Helm and Docker knowledge
• Experience with Postgres/MySQL, RabbitMQ/NATS/Kafka
• Strong system design and problem solving skills, we often deal with the “unknown”
• Strong communication skills, we often need to orchestrate projects with 20+ teams
• You are hands‑on troubleshooter
• You are ready for challenges
• Extra brownie points if you have experience building internal tooling: npm packages, frameworks
