Summary:The Account Executive, HRIS, is responsible for driving sales growth by developing and nurturing client relationships. This role focuses on growing and owning a targeted account list, managing the customer buying journey from start to finish while providing expert guidance and tailored solutions. The Account Executive will qualify and understand client requirements to adapt offerings to meet their needs, continuously build a strong sales pipeline through proactive outreach and inbound lead management, and maintain accurate customer information, forecasts, and pipeline data in the CRM system. Meeting or exceeding monthly and yearly revenue targets is essential, with the ultimate goal of securing new business, expanding existing accounts, and positioning the organization as a trusted industry partner.
Responsibilities:- Grow and own a targeted account list
- Manage the customer buying journey from start to finish, providing guidance and subject matter expertise to prospective customers
- Meet or exceed monthly and yearly revenue targets
- Qualify and understand client requirements to adapt solutions and meet their needs
- Continuously develop a robust sales pipeline through individual outreach and managing inbound prospects
- Keep CRM system up to date with customer information, forecasts, and pipeline data so we can learn more about our business and our sales process
- 2+ years of sales experience
- Ideally, previous experience in HR tech sales
- A proven track record of developing a greenfield territory, executing across the full sales cycle, and adding net new logos
- Experience in cross-functional teams to ensure customer success and satisfaction
- Desire to work for a fast-paced startup and take on increasing levels of responsibility
- Fluent in German and English
