Job Purpose: Sell our great SaaS Payroll & HR product to UK and global customers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of your ENT accounts.
  • Manage the customer buying journey from beginning to end, providing guidance and expertise.
  • Develop a robust pipeline, team up and engage with your SDR and sales team, synergizing for optimal results.
  • Continuously refine and revamp sales approaches to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Ensure a seamless handover of deals to our delivery team post-closure, fostering a smooth transition for our valued customers.
  • Provide feedback to sales, marketing and product teams for continuous improvement.
  • Keep your eyes on the prize and meet & exceed monthly and yearly revenue targets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years hands-on sales experience in a SaaS company selling ENT segment.
  • Demonstrate a proven track record of selling HR tech solutions within the UK ENT segment (5000+ employees).
  • Showcase expertise in selling SaaS payroll & HR solutions for in-house use.
  • Up to speed on the latest UK labour laws and legislation.
  • We are looking for a hunter with superb closing skills.
  • Go-getter and self-starting mentality.
  • You are committed to delivering top-notch customer service, turning clients into lifelong advocates.
  • Comfortable in the spotlights conducting engaging demos in a pre-sales context.
  • Thrive in a global remote team environment.
